3. The valve rod seal is reliable. Because the valve rod only rotates without lifting, the packing seal of the valve rod is not easy to be damaged, and the sealing capacity increases with the increase of the medium pressure.
4. The sealing performance of the valve seat is good. The sealing ring made of polytetrafluoroethylene and other materials is easy to seal, and the sealing capacity of the ball valve increases with the increase of the medium pressure.
5. The shell of the electric device is made of foreign hard aluminum alloy, which is anodized and coated with polyester powder. It has strong corrosion resistance, protection grade of IP67, NEMA 4 and 6, and IP68 and explosion-proof type are available for selection.
Working principle of imported explosion-proof electric ball valve:
The imported explosion-proof electric ball valve receives the 4-20mA control signal from the explosion-proof electric actuator to drive the valve core of the ball valve to rotate 90 ° to cut off and adjust the medium in the pipeline. The explosion-proof O-type ball valve shall be cut off after rotating 90 °; the explosion-proof V-type ball valve shall be adjusted after rotating 90 °.
Installation instructions for imported explosion-proof electric ball valve:
(1) Remove the protective covers on both sides of the flange end, and wash and clean when the valve is fully open.
(2) Before installation, the whole machine shall be tested according to the specified signal (electric or pneumatic) (to prevent the vibration caused by transportation from affecting the use performance), and it can be installed online only after it is qualified (the wiring shall be in accordance with the circuit diagram of electric actuator).
(3) Before preparing to connect with the pipe, the residual impurities in the pipe must be washed and removed (these substances may damage the valve seat and ball).
(4) During the installation, please do not use the actuator part of the valve as the lifting point to avoid damaging the actuator and accessories.
(5) This type of valve shall be installed in the horizontal or vertical direction of the pipeline.
(6) The pipeline near the installation point shall not be sagged or bear external force, and the pipeline support or support can be used to eliminate the deviation of the pipeline.
(7) After connecting with the pipeline, please cross lock the flange connecting bolts with the specified torque.
