进口蒸汽疏水阀的工作原理是:当蒸汽冷凝时,蒸汽疏水阀会释放出汽化的能量潜热能而形成冷凝水。冷凝水只含有饱和温度下水所含有的能量显热能。但是为了确保蒸汽系统中维持的热传导效率,此时冷凝水必须排出系统之外。另外,从锅炉中产生的一些不凝性气体和空气以及蒸汽系统启动时,管道内的空气也必须排出蒸汽系统,但同时必须保留有用的蒸汽,这些功能就是由蒸汽疏水阀装置完成的。
